Shipment To The Continental US Only
Spectacular Pet Stuff only ships to the lower 48 States at this moment. If you would like your order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact our customer service with your address and items you would like to purchase and we will respond with a shipping quote.

No PO, APO, or FPO Shipment
At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes, Army Post Offices, or Fleet Post Offices.

We Use UPS, FedEx, & USPS
Depending on the size, weight, and contents of your order, we will mail your order using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. At times, or order may even be split between two carriers. You will be notified if this happens.

Your Order Will Ship Quickly
Orders usually ship within 1 day on Monday through Friday. In rare cases that an item is back-ordered, you will receive notice of when the item will be available to be shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once an order is shipped, we will provide you with an online tracking number so that you will know where your package is and when it is to arrive.

Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Any non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders will be processed as a standard return. For more information about returns, please refer to our return policy.
